That also means knowing where our work stops. Mold and indoor-air-quality concerns are often connected to plumbing leaks, roof leaks, HVAC conditions, or other moisture sources. JLX handles the environmental side of the project. When an underlying condition requires another trade, we explain what we observe so the property owner can have the appropriate professional address it.
We are not interested in adding services simply because they can be sold. The scope should be based on what the property actually needs.
