The Work Isn't Finished Until We Verify the Results.
After an interior mold-remediation project is completed, JLX Environmental performs post-remediation air testing and submits the collected samples to a laboratory for analysis. It's another step in making sure the remediation process doesn't simply end when the equipment comes down.
Removing the Mold Is One Part. Checking the Results Is Another.
Containment, cleaning, removal of affected materials when necessary, HEPA filtration, and treatment address the mold condition itself. For interior remediation projects, JLX follows the completed remediation work with post-remediation air testing so the collected samples can be evaluated by a laboratory.
Remediation Work Is Completed
The affected interior area is remediated according to the scope appropriate for the conditions found.
The Area Is Ready for Post-Remediation Testing
Once the remediation work is complete, JLX prepares for the post-remediation air-sampling step.
Air Samples Are Collected
JLX collects post-remediation air samples from the appropriate interior area.
Samples Go to the Lab
The collected samples are submitted to a laboratory for analysis.
What Happens After the Remediation Work Is Done.
Complete the Remediation
JLX completes the appropriate remediation scope for the affected interior area.
Post-Remediation Air Sampling
After the remediation work is complete, JLX collects post-remediation air samples.
Laboratory Analysis
The collected samples are submitted to a laboratory for analysis.
Review the Results
Laboratory results provide information about what was represented in the collected samples following remediation.
Explain the Next Step
JLX reviews the results with the customer and explains what they mean for the project.
Post-remediation air testing is part of JLX's normal process for interior mold-remediation projects.
JLX Can Handle the Testing — Or You Can Choose an Independent Third Party.
JLX performs post-remediation air testing on its interior remediation projects and submits the samples to a laboratory for analysis. This allows the verification step to remain part of the overall remediation process without automatically adding another company to the project.
If you prefer independent third-party post-remediation verification, you are welcome to hire a qualified independent provider instead. The choice is yours.

Post-Remediation Air Testing Is for Interior Remediation Projects.
JLX's post-remediation air-testing process applies to interior mold-remediation projects. JLX does not perform post-remediation air sampling in attics or crawlspaces. Remediation of those non-living/unconditioned spaces is handled according to the conditions found without this air-testing step.
