Inspect accessible attic or crawlspace areas to determine where mold growth is present, how much area is affected, and what materials are involved.
Evaluate Contributing Conditions
Look for observable moisture, humidity, condensation, leaks, ventilation concerns, or other conditions that may have contributed to the problem.
Determine the Appropriate Treatment
The treatment is selected based on the actual conditions. A small localized area may require HEPA vacuuming, detailed cleaning, and treatment, while a larger or more widespread condition may require a different remediation approach.
Remediate the Affected Area
Depending on the project, remediation may include HEPA vacuuming, detailed cleaning, professional treatment or fogging, removal of materials when necessary, encapsulation of appropriate surfaces, or a combination of methods.
Complete the Remediation
Once the appropriate remediation work is completed, JLX reviews the treated area and wraps up the remediation scope. If an apparent contributing moisture condition was observed during the project, we explain what we saw so the property owner can have it addressed by the appropriate qualified contractor.

Correction of those underlying conditions is outside JLX's remediation scope and should be handled by the appropriate qualified contractor.
